The doctors and staff are very approachable. My son, Clark has ASD(Autism Spectrum Disorder) and because of that, mahirap syang kuhanan ng grado.

Dr. Sandra O. Bernardo – Pediatric Optometrist | Educator | Vision Therapy Specialist
Hi, I’m Dr. Sandra O. Bernardo, a licensed pediatric optometrist with over 20 years of clinical experience in children’s eye health. As the founder of Wink Vision Kids and CEO of Wink Vision Care, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children see clearly, comfortably, and confidently — through every stage of growth and development.
I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from Centro Escolar University, followed by postgraduate studies in ocular pharmacology. To deepen my focus on pediatric vision, I completed a pediatric residency at FDM Vision Care Research and Training Institute in 2019.
Over the years, I’ve specialized in behavioral optometry and vision therapy, completing advanced training with the Australasian College of Behavioral Optometrists. I’ve also trained internationally, attending the Canadian Optometrists in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation (COVT&R) Conference in Vancouver, where I focused on neuro-optometry for traumatic brain injury and developmental vision care.
